Terms and Conditions

The project - is an ad placed on the platform, which reflects the reason and purpose of fundraising.
The project owner - is the person who places the project on the platform and from that moment works for the successful financing of the project, and will implement the project with the amount collected in the end.
Investments may be attracted during the project period. At the end of the project period, the project is considered completed.
The person who posted the project on the site must be in our country when the project is completed.
Once the amount collected is handed over, it will be monitored for its intended use.
 
The project owner is prohibited:
1) Share a plagiarized project;
2) to take any action that violates the rights of other people or companies, violates the law, or violates any contract or legal obligation that may apply to any party;
3) Distribute software viruses or any software, hardware or equipment on the Platform that interferes with the proper operation of the Platform or interferes with the use of the Platform by any other user;
4) To repel any action taken by the Platform to ensure the security of the Platform and the Services, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, information, password or other Platform, User Information or Services, to obtain any information reverse engineer or otherwise disconnect any part of the Services, or use any program to walk on any part of the Platform without permission;
5) Any official or employee of a government body or any person under the control of a state body, or any political party, official or official of a political party who violates the anti-corruption requirements of the legislation in force; to submit any information or request to the Project for the purpose of financing an offer, payment, promise of payment, confirmation of payment, payment of money or other valuables, or to use the funds received from the Project.
6) in connection with the activities of any person, representative or employee of an organization designated as a terrorist organization under applicable law, or any other person controlled by this organization, or in connection with terrorist purposes, in violation of any sanctions imposed on either Party. to the Project for the purpose of offering, paying, promising payment, confirmation of payment to another suspect, financing of payments for the purpose of personal financing, provision of funds or any activity, entrepreneurship or support that may be designated as a terrorist in connection with the transfer of money or other valuables to enter any information or request or to use the funds received from the Project.
