What is TOXUM School?

One of the most attractive products of our platform, which has been operating since 2018, is the "Toxum School" project. The goal of the "Toxum School" project is to teach people how to turn ideas into a project, starting with the small details of crowdfunding, and how to raise funds. The face-to-face and online training programs cover social entrepreneurship, crowdfunding, project management, marketing, branding, legal aspects of management and many other topics. Through this project, we try to mediate people's ideas, not to keep them as ideas. In the Seed School program we have launched so far, we have launched a campaign to implement the ideas of several people.

In 2020, we have created conditions for the "Toxum School" project to benefit not only adults but also teenagers. Therefore, as part of "Toxum School", we implemented the "Toxum School Teenager" pilot project (webinar) together with Kant's Academy of Georgia.

The main topics of the project were:

• Social entrepreneurship;
• Brand formation;
• Project writing and management;

Students from "Hedef" High School, Oxford, European Azerbaijan and World PU schools participated in our project. 28 participants successfully completed the three-day webinars. The trainers were local and foreign professionals in their fields.

The "Toxum School Teenager" program conveys the journey from the seed of an idea to the final product in all its subtleties. It strengthens it with theoretical and practical steps. It is designed to finance and implement youth projects through crowdfunding. The first part of the program consists of 8 lessons of 4 weeks. Each lesson will last 3 hours. The "Toxum School Teenager" includes many classes. Classes are divided into three parts: crowdfunding, social entrepreneurship, project writing and management. Each of these lessons, in turn, is divided into subheadings.

In the second part of the program, children will receive mentor support for crowdfunding by posting their ideas on the Toxum.org platform.

The purpose of the program:

"Toxum School" aims to develop participants' comprehensive knowledge and skills in project implementation and project financing, to help illuminate participants' aspirations by filling in the gaps in the practical application of their theoretical knowledge.

Participants of the program:

Anyone who has a social and social entrepreneurship project that they think is beneficial to society, regardless of their profession and specialty, and who wants to implement it.

What will the participants get from this program?

Crowdfunding: In addition to general financial literacy, they will have a chance to implement their projects through crowdfunding.
Self-confidence: The knowledge and skills that adolescents learn throughout the program will distinguish them in both the academic and practical work environment.

The program will be taught in groups.
